This box includes:

300g Beef Mince

200g Spaghetti

1 Red Onion

14g Parsley

400g Diced Tomatoes

30g Seasoned Breadcrumbs

30g Parmesan Cheese

1 ½ t Garlic Paste

2 T White Vinegar

2 T Chili Garlic Sauce

6 T Vegetable Oil*

Salt and Pepper to Taste*


Cooking Instructions:


To prepare the spaghetti:

  1. Boil 10 cups of water at high temperature; add 2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the spaghetti and boil uncovered for 7 minutes or until the spaghetti is al dente or with slight bite. Drain and set aside.

 To prepare the meatballs:

  1. In a bowl, mix the beef mince, breadcrumbs, chili garlic sauce, ½ quantity of parmesan cheese, ½ the quantity of the onion, 1 tsp garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste, and 5 tbsp water. Add the water progressively so that the mixture is moist, but does not fall apart.
  2. Shape the meatballs to the desired size and set aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a saucepan. Add the meatballs and cook until the outside is brown all around. Remove the meatballs and set aside.

 To prepare the marinara sauce:

  1. In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the remaining onion and garlic paste and saute’ for 30 seconds or until the onion turns golden brown.
  2. Add the white vinegar, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add the meatballs and simmer for 15 minutes, covered, on low heat. Add the parsley and simmer for an additional minute.
  4. Serve the spaghetti in a bowl, with sauce and meatballs on top. Sprinkle over the remaining parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
